Customer Service Administrator

A Customer Service Administrator wanted for a highly successful provider of purpose-built Student Accommodation based in West London. This is a 3 month fixed term contract (with possibility to extend) paying £25,000 pro rata.

Core duties of the Customer Service Administrator:

- Arrange and conduct all tours
- Review competitors and track their rates
- Attend housing fairs and distribute flyers
- Respond to sales emails and phone enquiries
- Contact institutions/language schools to promote the scheme and sell rooms
- Close sales with new bookers and promote to in-house tenants
- Put on social events for in-house residents
- Create content for social media
- Produce weekly/monthly reports on sales performance
- Ensuring all sales promotions are launched and followed through
- Act as a Brand ambassador for the Student Accommodation in the London market

The Customer Service Administrator will most likely have/be:

- A first-class customer service professional able to ensure positive customer experience
(experience within a student accommodation will be desirable)
- An organised approach to administration
- Previous experience closing sales
- Proven experience creating social media content
- Confident telephone manner
- Proficient with MS Office
