Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team in Lincoln as soon as possible.
If you are passionate about great Customer Service and are skilled in admin with good organisation skills then this is the job for you.
The role requires you to;
Be the key liaison between the company and customers
Deal efficiently with calls, faxes and emails from customers and sales reps
Raising of customer orders and quotes where necessary
Performing all administrative duties relating to your workload, such as filling, scanning and making sure that accurate records are kept of orders.
Keep notes on all conversations
Make sure the customer is fully informed on all progress of their order at all times
In return the client is offering a salary of £15,500 - £16,500
8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday
8am - 4pm Friday
