My client is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly and dynamic team in Westbury. You will be working within a small team, where you will be coordinating and transferring stock efficiently.
The role will entail:
- First point of contact for customers and visitors
- Resolving queries
- Liaising with other departments
- Maintain accurate and up to date records
- Assist with monthly stock take
- Maintenance of daily reports
- General administration duties
- Previous administration/customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Methodical and organised approach
- A temp player, who can use their own initiative
