Customer Service Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an experienced customer service administrator to work with one of our reputable clients in Marple. This rare opportunity has arisen with a key client that are a leading provider within their industry. You would be joining a friendly, busy team and would be responsible for taking some incoming calls, processing orders and building relationships with customers acting as the office based point of contact.
Duties will include -
-Processing customers orders
-Dealing with delivery queries and any customer enquires
-Completing credit applications for clients
-Providing administrative support to the account managers and other internal teams.
-General sales administration associated with the order processing and month end reporting.
Candidates Must -
-Be enthusiastic, resilient and service minded.
-Have strong organisational and administrative skills.
-Be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
-Ideally have a driving licence, however this is desirable not essential.
-Be proactive and results-oriented.
Hours- Monday-Friday - 8.30AM - 5.15PM
Salary- Between £19,00 per annum 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
