Our prestigious client is seeking to appoint customer service consultants for this expanding team.
Please note there is no parking at this role due to the central location.
- You role will see you delivering a high quality customer service to Financial Services brokers.
- The role will be 50% office administration and 50% telephone based.
- Able to take calls from initial phone call to completion.

- Experience in a customer service role (Retail or office based)
- Experienced delivering customer service experience
- Educated to GCSE level min including Grade C in English and Maths
- Good standard of English, and the ability to create emails and letters
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organised with good time management skills
- Good IT skills- Microsoft Office
- A positive and friendly telephone manner
