Our prestigious client is seeking to appoint customer service consultants for this expanding team.

Please note there is no parking at this role due to the central location.

The Role

  • You role will see you delivering a high quality customer service to Financial Services brokers.
  • The role will be 50% office administration and 50% telephone based.
  • Able to take calls from initial phone call to completion.
  • A comprehensive training programme will be offered

The Person

  • Experience in a customer service role (Retail or office based)
  • Experienced delivering customer service experience
  • Educated to GCSE level min including Grade C in English and Maths
  • Good standard of English, and the ability to create emails and letters
  • Excellent communicator
  • Highly organised with good time management skills
  • Good IT skills- Microsoft Office
  • A positive and friendly telephone manner
