Temp role starting 26th March supporting the customer service team for approx three months
Your new company
You will be working for a market-leading retail brand in the Warrington area on a temporary basis for approximately three months to cover absence within the team.
Your new role
You will be working as part of a busy customer service team for approximately three weeks. Your role will involve order entry - this will be taking orders via email from retailers and sales reps and inputting them onto the internal systems, it will also involve order amendments - making changes to existing orders for qualitites and delivery dates and re-dating orders, and finally booking deliveries - contacting retailers to advise them on their order delivery date and booking the final details in preparation. You will also take a variety of customer service based call, all from retailers with general enquiries.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to be available for the minimum of this three month period, you will need to have an excellent customer service and telephone manner as well as strong IT skills. Recent relevant experience in a similar role is required for this position.
