Our client based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire currently seek a Customer Service Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be an individual who has previous Administration/Customer Service experience. You will need to hold accurate administration skills, be highly organised with the ability to work on your own, as well as part of a team. The successful individual will hold effective communication skills and be IT literate.

This is an ideal role for someone who is currently working within an administration or customer service position who seeks a company that offer reward for effort and hard work. The main duties would be to, meet and greet customers, answer the telephone and deal with enquires or pass to the relevant department, stock control, manage an outlook account, offer the client the relevant service dependant on their needs, in put data onto in house system, maintain commercial processes and procedures.
