Customer Service Administrator
Salary circa £17-19k subject to experience
Hours are 8am to 5pm
Armley Leeds 12 - free parking on site
Our client is a well-established manufacturer of windows, doors and conservatories, operating from multi-sites throughout the North of England. Their business is committed to delivering high quality product and customer service.
Due to continued growth our client is now looking for an experienced 'hands on’ customer service administrator.
The role will include direct contact with customers and suppliers delivering excellent customer service and administration support.
- Managing customer expectations
- Purchasing and processing
- Able to correct system weaknesses so problems don’t recur
- Handling customer queries and efficiently managing expectations
Candidate Characteristics & essential skills
- Outgoing personality
- Strong IT / Keyboard experience
- Excellent telephone Manner
- Previous experience within an administration role is essential
