As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be working in a lively office supporting a successful team with all their Customer Service, dealing with customer queries, research and reports. Working in the Customer Service team you will be handling lots of client liaison - face to face, email and phone. A progressive and forward thinking companywhere your skills and experience will be fully utilised within Customer Service.
Duties will include speaking with clients and the team on a daily basis, finding answers to queries, updating and completing all relevant data, ensuring all documents look fabulous and attract the right audience and being totally involved and committed to the success of the team.
