Customer Service Administrator - Loughborough - £10.00 per hour - Full time temporary - start Monday 12th

Your new company
A well established Manufacturing company based near to Loughborough are currently seeking an Administrator to work within their Customer Services team for immediate start on a temporary full time basis.

Your new role
As a Customer Services Administrator you will working closely with a team of advisers assisting with the administration of order processing and updating a customer database. The role will require excellent attention to detail with high level data entry of sensitive information and organising a range of data. You will on occasion need to contact customers directly to update their information and then use a variety of databases ensuring all details are correct. You will also be using spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office programmes.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Administrator, ideally with experience working within a Customer Service / ordering environment and any prior experience using SAP or a similar package is desired. You will need to be IT literate and a competent Microsoft Office user including excel with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

This is a full time temporary role working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm paying £10.00 per hour. Due to the rural location of this company you will need access to your own transport.
