Customer Service Administrator

Fantastic opportunity to work for a well established company in Huddersfield who have an urgent requirement for a temporary Customer Service Administrator - immediate start and could go permanent to the right candidate

Main duties:-

-To respond/resolve customer queries mainly via e-mail
-To take incoming calls from customers answering any questions/queries (mainly to do with login details/change of passwords
-Update various systems
-Updating information using Excel spreadsheets
-Checking the correct information is up-loaded
-Undertake any other admin duties such as filing/scanning/photocopying (as required)

Person spec:-

-Experience in a similar Customer Service Administration role
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Computer literate and ability to pick up new systems quickly
-Confident in using Excel
-Good eye for detail
-Team player
-Enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude
-Immediately available 

Hours of work 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday

Car parking is available
