Your new role
This newly created role is a key position within the Customer Service Team. You will be responsible for task management, arranging appointments, accurately inputting data and delivering an excellent level of customer service during inbound calls.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to demonstrate your ability to carry out the duties required and have experience in a similar role. Customer Service experience is essential but it must be within an office environment. To be considered you will be of a hard working and positive attitude, with the ability to problem solve and work in a busy and demanding environment.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role initially, with the opportunity to be considered for a permanent job should you prove to be a suitable candidate. The hours are flexible, but work out as an average of 40 hours from Monday - Friday, with a start from 08.30. The salary is between £16,000 - £17,000. You must be able to start work straight away as this job requires an immediate start.
