Fantastic opportunity to join a Global financial services business as a Customer Service Administrator in Coventry. This will be on a temporary to permanent basis.
Global financial services business
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for back office support for the customer service team. This will include dealing with internal and external correspondence, as well as adhoc outbound calls. You will build excellent relationships with internal stake holders as well as dealing with customer enquiries and escalating as appropriate. Other duties shall also include conducting risk assessments, processing invoices and basic financial reconciliation tasks.
The successful Customer Service Administrator will
- have previously worked within a customer service environment
- have excellent communication skills
- be able to work as part of a team
- have worked to KPIs
- have high attention to detail
