Customer Service Administrator

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Abingdon. You will be responsible for setting up customer accounts and logging and resolving customer complaints for the group. You will also have occasional involvement in wider business projects and representing the department in regular internal and external audits.

Day to Day Duties

  • Setting up new customer accounts within 2 working days of receipt of correct documentation
  • Using multiple systems, to input pricing and check accordingly
  • Making current customer account amendments within 1 working day of receipt of documentation
  • Ensure customer complaints are logged and resolved within 10 working days
  • Reply to all customer queries within 1 working day
  • Be aware of importance of quality within the role along with all audit actions
  • Identify potential for process improvement and ways to create efficiencies within the role
  • Coordinating with other departments within the business to resolve customer queries and complaints
  • Interpreting sometimes complex information to create and/or amend customer accounts across multiple systems.
  • Adhering to the business norms and ensuring the correct contract setup processes are adhered to by the commercial teams

The successfully appointed Customer Service Administrator will continually work towards streamlining and implementing efficiencies within the departments to ensure that the team can support the continued growth of the company. You must be an excellent multi-tasker, who can problem solve and deal with challenges as they arise.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications and experience using multiple/complex systems
