Sales Administrator

£21,000 - £23,000 DOE


Working hours: 9.00am to 5.30-pm

Our client a fabulous local company are now looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual to join their busy Customer Service team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be providing high quality support to customers and both the Telesales and Field Sales teams.

Fantastic benefits to include generous pension scheme with additional employer contributions after completing probation period and 20 days annual leave, gradually rising to 25 day per year.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Telesales and Field Sales teams

  • Creating quotations from the quotation request forms

  • Booking travel for Sales and Technical teams

  • Invoicing - ensuring they are sent out promptly and correctly

  • Ordering equipment from the suppliers

  • Sending licences to customers

  • Ordering licences where required

  • Issuing maintenance renewal via phone and email

  • Maintaining and updating in-house CRM system

  • Updating licence programs with expired or renewed maintenance

  • Licensing in house software - making sure that Licences are provided for in house software

  • Offering excellent post sales care

  • General administration

  • Accepting sales calls and transferring to relevant Sales Staff

Key skills required:

  • A team player but have the ability to work independently

  • Ability suggest improvements when necessary

  • Flexible

  • Numerate

  • Experience in a B2B environment

  • Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook proficient

  • Good communication skills with a high standard of spoken and written English
