Due to continued growth we require a number of customer service agents to commence a 10 week contract starting on Monday 12th March 2018.
As a customer service administrator you will be a key voice within the business. Representing the brand in a professional and polite manner you will attend to customer service queries over the telephone and working the companies in house computer system to update customer records. In addition you will support within back office administrational tasks so a good understanding of prioritising your workload and being organised is essential.
A confident ability to speak to customers over the telephone whilst conducting PC duties is essential. Experience in administration is also desirable. Our main requirement is that you enjoy working in a fast paced contact centre environment.
The hourly rate for this role is £8.17 per hour. You are required to work on a full time basis Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm totalling 40 hours per week.
This is a 10 week contract paid by the recruitment agency.
