Customer Service Administrator .

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a well established family run business in Warrington. This will be a 12 week Temporary to Permanent role paying the hourly rate of £7.83 per hour. This is also offering free parking and an excellent opportunity to start a career in a fantastic company.

About The Role:

This role will be working in a very busy customer service department doing the following daily tasks;

•Building long lasting relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service
•Providing information to the customer regarding all product and services
•Processing customer orders onto in house system
•Dealing with inbound customer calls
•Providing customers with information about accounts and methods of payments
•Advising customers of delays on deliveries and non availability on stock orders and all other problems with orders
•Ensuring that any query with a customer order is dealt with and the customer is informed of progress
•Providing accurate information regarding price and delivery
•Issuing customer quotes
•Liaise with other departments such as accounts, warehouse and purchasing to endeavour to meet to all customer needs
•Helping out in other parts of the business at busy times or staff shortages

Essential Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have experience in below roles:
•Customer Service Advisor
•Sales Order Processor

The ideal candidate will have experience working on Microsoft word and Excel
