Our Pershore based client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, possess a helpful, confident and professional telephone manner.

Key tasks by you are as follows:

* Dealing with UK and International customers
* Handling customer calls, queries (phone and email) and orders
* Providing assistance to dealer base and end users
* Handling shipments/returns
* General admin for department


* Experience in Customer Service
* SAP knowledge preferable but not a necessity
* Microsoft Office knowledge essential

This is a full time perm position (35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm) customer services representative, with a salary of approx. £18k-£21k per annum, dependant on experience.
