I am recruiting on behalf of well established Chichester based company who are looking for tow Customer Service Administrators to join their team. The role is varied and you should be aware that although the company work a Monday to Friday working week, three of those days will be 12.30 to 9.00 and the other two will be standard 9.00 - 5.30.
The customer service administrator will be working as part of a team and will be handling inbound and outbound calls making sure that all the information is correct so that applications are submitted correctly. Keyboard skills along with excellent listening skills are essential as well as accurate data entry
The company are looking for enthusiastic individuals who like to work as part of a team and have a professional telephone manner. They are looking for people with Maths and English GCSE at Grade C or above and offer excellent benefits which include private health care, pension, life cover as well as numerous others and company charity fun days
