We are an entrepreneurial Medical Screening business. We provide medical evidence gathering services to Life Insurance Companies via our UK Wide network of Nurses and Doctors.
We process a large volume of instructions all from our head office in Wokingham. The core elements of the role are telephone and admin based customer service and correspondence to ensure a smooth service with our clients and medical professionals.
We are expanding our Customer Service team to support a period of fast and continuous growth. The right candidate will have a bright and positive can do attitude, good aptitude, excellent customer service skills and initiative and be looking for an exciting opportunity to develop and grow within the company.
We are looking for a high performer who will adopt, embrace and promote our core values to all stakeholders. Customer Service and or Office / Admin experience is desirable, but we will consider all applications.
