Customer Service Administrator

Outline:

Our client is a market leader in the manufacture and supply of products to worldwide mining and drilling industries and due to expansion of business an opportunity has arisen to join their Customer Service Department .They are a well established company exporting product solutions globally.

The Job Role:

  • Liaising with customers both within the UK and internationally
  • Sales order processing and administration
  • Creating production orders and progressing customer despatches, including export documentation
  • Dealing with quotations
  • Handling customer enquiries and new sales opportunities by telephone and email
  • Completing general office duties including filing, data entry and maintaining customer records

Experience / Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise and build rapport both internally and externally
  • A professional and confident telephone manner
  • Must be an effective and accurate Administrator
  • Methodical with excellent attention to detail.
  • A team player who is able to work with others to achieve results and exceed customer expectations
  • Strong time management, planning and organisation skills
  • Acceptance of responsibility
  • Self motivated and goal oriented
  • Experience within a customer service/sales order processing position would be preferred
  • Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

Hours:

  • 8:30pm-5pm (Mon-Fri)
