This position is to start at the beginning of March for 2 weeks worth of cover and you will need to be able to hit the ground running!
You will be:
- The first point of contact for any queries from customers
- Updating records on the system and also hard copies
- Admin support for other members of the team
- Liaising with contractors and issuing job sheets
- Ensuring that all documents and purchasing files are compliant
- Providing excellent customer service to each customer over the phone and via email
- Have previous Customer Service and Administration experience
- Have experience within the Property or Construction industry
- Be IT literate
