Customer Service Administrator - Loughborough - 9 month FTC - Full time - £19000

A large Manufacturing company based just outside of Loughborough are currently seeking Customer Service Administrators for their busy sales office for immediate start, on a 9 month FTC.
Your new role
Working within the Sales Department your role will involve processing orders and quotations for Customers and providing excellent Customer Service. Duties to include:
- Processing orders and quotation using in house database
- Managing sales orders using Excel
- Resolving issues and handling complaints
- Inputting and monitoring reports
- General clerical duties related to sales ordering
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Services professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with previous experience within Customer Service and Sales Ordering and related Admin. You will be an organised individual with excellent attention to detail and a professional working manner. Previous exposure to SAP or any CRM systems is also preferable.
This is a full time role working shifts between 7.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, on a 9 month FTC. Due to the rural location of this role you will need access to your own transport.
