Customer Service Administrator - Holmes Chapel CW4 - £17500 + many benefits!

Responsible for sales order processing and taking orders over the telephone • Dealing with general enquiries • Processing orders from Customer Portals & websites and written orders from the field salesforce • Liaise with internal departments i.e. warehouse, purchasing & production and stock control • Providing order confirmations and stock reports for the sales force

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following essential criteria:Excellent telephone skills • Computer literate - word, excel, etc • Friendly, helpful personality • Ability to use their own initiative • Ability to work under pressure and as a team member
