Customer Service Administrator

An opportunity has risen to join a worldwide business during an exciting time of growth. Based in their Ellesmere offices, I am looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service professional to join their busy team. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to clients, processing purchase orders accurately and raising invoices. You will also be liaising with engineers, collecting and processing their paperwork, inputting their time sheets and and assisting with resolving any queries. The successful applicant with ideally have worked in a similar role, have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, SAP and ERP systems, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
