Sales Admin / Customer Service Admin required for 6 months + fixed contract in Sheffield - Immediate start

Your new company
Working for a well known leading manufacturing in Sheffield ( north) you will be part of a busy and friendly customer service team. Due to a recent increase in work this company require additional support for a period of 6 months with a view subject to performance this role could become permanent for the right person.

This company do require an immediate start in this position and unfortunately cannot wait for anyone to serve a notice period, therefore we do ask that successful applicants are available to start in this position immediately.

Your new role
This position will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and be based in a team of 8 . They are keen to appoint a friendly and experience Customer Service Administrator who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

You will have recently held a similar Customer Service Administrator / Sales Administrator and be able to demonstrate this on application. Duties of the role will include;

-Providing Sales Admin and Customer Service Support to a set customer basis
-Processing orders via EDI system ( experience of this system would be useful but not essential)
-Handling customer complaints and queries
-Maintaining all customer records and CRM system
-Provide product information to customers
-Providing admin support to the sales team
-Liaising with 3rd party suppliers to plan deliveries or resolve delivery queries
-General admin tasks
-Supporting colleagues with admin tasks and whilst on leave
-Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office required

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have experience of working in sales and customer services, with an excellent telephone manner. You will have experience of working in a fast paced environment, with a calm and patient manner to deal with difficult customers. You will be able to work to tight deadlines, and will be immediately available to start a new role.
