Customer Service Administrator

If you have strong customer service and administration skills then look no further! Join our fantastic client based in Sutton. This role is well suited for an individual who is professional, can work to strict deadlines and has great attention to detail. This individual would primarily provide a range of support services like producing quotations and pricing information to ensure the smooth running of the department. Duties will include:

  • Take incoming calls from customers
  • Working meticulously with the external work force covering a specific customer base
  • Develop and sustain good working relationships with key customers
  • Actively inform customers of delivery dates and any changes or delays to their deliveries
  • To produce commercially suitable quotations
  • Communicate with other departments to direct changes in orders
  • Process customer orders

In order to be successful within this role you need to have:

  • Brilliant verbal communication, numeric and literacy skills
  • Previous office experience
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • The ability to understand customers’ needs
  • The ability to adapt into another department
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating with customers, visiting customers and speaking to customers over the phone
  • The ability to work to deadlines under pressure
