Customer Service Administrator required for temporary job opportunity in Sheffield - immediate start required

Working for a leading healthcare services provider in Sheffield you will be part of a busy Customer Support Team. This is a newly created vacancy and requires an immediate start as initially this role will be temporary but could become permanent for the right candidate.

Your new role
This will be a busy role , in a fun and friendly team reporting to an Account Manager. The main purpose of the role will be to provide administrative assistance to the Account Manager to enable them to deliver an excellent service to the end clients. Ideally you will have held a similar role and be able to demonstrate this on application.
Experience within the healthcare and medical sector would be preferable but not essential.
Duties and responsibilities of the role will include;
- Process referral related administration
-Coordinate and diary manage appointments using the bespoke diary management system
-Prepare any associated correspondence to clients
-Typing of documents and data entry and management will be required to a high degree of accuracy
-Handling any customer enquiries relating to appointments
-Dispatching customer reports as required
-Scanning and acquiring of files, filing
-Handling sensitive and confidential information
-Any admin support the Account Manager requires or directs
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have held a similar role previously and be able to demonstrate this on application.
You will ideally have worked within a healthcare provider or medical based organisation.
You will be professional, well presented and have excellent customer service skills and experience
You will be a highly accurate administrator with excellent customer service skills.
As this role is temporary to begin with you will need to be immediately available to start temporary work

Rate of pay equivalent to £17,600
Working hours Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week
