Customer Service Administrator

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in the Tunstall area of Stoke-on-Trent.

As a colleague of the Issues Resolutions Team you will be a single point of contact for our customer, but work as part of a larger team with our operations area. You will be supporting the key areas of focus for DHL of right 1st time, can do and passion.

As a Customer Service Administrator you will need to have:

  • Good communication skills
  • IT literacy including Excel

Details:

  • Salary: £9.60
  • Working Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm & 7.30 - 3pm alternating
  • Location: Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent
  • Duration: Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate

Role of a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Ensure all calls externally and internally are answered in a timely manner
  • emergency orders are raised on the system accurately
  • Central point of contact for customer issues
  • To produce the stock report twice a day
  • Proactively update customers regularly on any on-going issues
  • Provide any other support for the business as required
