Customer Service Administrator Sandy

Working within a small team consisting of a supervisor and 5 administrators you will deal with clients and customers by telephone and email. This role involves working on an in-house system and the specific client’s system in which full training will be provided.

The Role includes:

  • Data inputting

  • Speaking with customers/clients to obtain booking information and confirming bookings.

  • Engineering sourcing

  • Working to SLA targets

  • Raising new jobs on the system

  • Processing Job sheets

  • Processing Cancellations

  • Booking/Job amendments

  • Email Queries

  • Minor Diary Management

  • Processing stock requests

Personal Attributes:

  • Good customer/client relationship skills

  • Good Administrative skills

  • Excellent Telephone manner

  • Good at working in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent at working towards SLA targets

  • Programmes – Excel, Outlook, Word

  • Quick Learner

  • Able to multitask

  • Working within a team

  • Good geographical knowledge of UK

This is a permanent, full time role

Between the hours of 08:00-18:00PM (Actual hours to be agreed), 1 hour lunch, 1 X Saturday in 6 where Overtime is paid.
