Customer Service Administrator

Reed are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of a well established local company. The primary function is to answer inbound customer enquiries, understand and clearly identify customer needs and propose an appropriate product/solution. This is a great opportunity within a local business for someone who is looking for progression and development.

Responsibilities include; 

> Entering customer orders onto the system
> Process and check warehouse pick lists
> Respond to inbound customer enquiries
> Enquiries include, telephone, fax and email
> Check internal/external database for cross referencing customer part numbers
> Process and check warehouse pick lists
> Sales order processing

The ideal candidate would have previous customer service experience as well as the desire to want to learn and progress within a successful local business.
