Customer Service Administrator

Your Job

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for providing high quality customer service in a professional and confident manner. Administering customer service information and processing customer orders will be part of your varied role.

Some of your other responsibilities will include:

  • Managing emails
  • Seeing the order process through from start-to-finish
  • Maintaining an accurate Order and Shipping schedule
  • Processing invoices and credit notes
  • Managing an up to date database
  • Managing day to day filing

Job Requirements

To be successful in this position you will be well organised and able to manage your tine effectively. Thriving on working under pressure and excellent communication skills will be key in this varied position. Experience within a similar position would be beneficial but is not essential.
