Job Description:

Arden Personnel are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to support the Customer Services team. Your duties will include;

  • Responsible for the administration of the service contracts scheme
  • Assist with sales invoicing
  • Providing data and reports to assist the sales team
  • Preparing customer quotations on the accounts system
  • Assisting with processing sales orders
  • Ensuring the company database is updated with correct information
  • Other ad hoc accounts/sales admin tasks
  • Answering the telephone and assisting with customer enquiries

The Successful Applicant:

  • Must be self-motivated, highly organised, diligent and able to work well within a small team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • Good problem solver
  • Confident over the telephone
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Good attention to detail
