Customer Service Administrator

Urgently seeking an office based Customer Service Administrator who has a genuine passion for delivering the a first class service to trade customers. The Customer Service Administrator will be part of a team within established, creative and fast paced company. Salary c/£20-22K depending on experience.
Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator include;

  • Liaise with customers,promptly dealing with orders and enquiries
  • Check stock allocations
  • Liaise with dispatch team/warehouse
  • Prepare customer specific documentation
  • Ensure that orders are processed and dispatched efficiently
  • Assist with general office

The ideal Customer Service Administrator will need;

  • Previous administrative experience within a busy sales or customer service environment
  • Confident MS Office skills; SAP Business One experience useful
  • Be a pro-active team player with the ability to work under pressure
  • Have a high level of written and spoken English
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Flexible 'can do' approach; desire to provide excellent customer service

Hours 9am- 5.30 or 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Own transport essential due to location; free on-site parking
