Customer Service Administrator

My client in the South Wales and Caerphilly borough area are looking or a customer service advisor to join their growing team.

Duties:
* To resolve all customer enquiries relating to customer orders and issues
* Ensure that copies of correspondence are placed in the relevant file following resolution.
* Ensure thorough query investigation in order to determine details
* Prepare, collate and provide the necessary paperwork
* Provide regular progress/communication updates to and customers

Skills:
* Experience of a customer service role
* Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
* Able to communicate with all levels of the business in a professional manner
* Good initiative and problem resolution skills
* Good IT skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good time management and prioritisation skills
* Good team worker
