Customer Service Administrator

As a Customer Service Administrator you will be working for a highly professional financial services company in Knutsford with a fantastic working environment. Our client is seeking Customer Service Administrators who have excellent communication skills and an approachable and friendly manner to work on an on-going basis.

  • Calling customers who have made enquiries via email, text message or phone, obtaining relevant information to assess and process applications
  • Sending out information packs for customers to complete
  • Chasing up any outstanding documents
  • Assisting customers with the completion of their applications, offering advice and guidance when required

  • Ability to learn new processes
  • Educated to at least A-Level with excellent grades

Working hours are on a shift pattern with 1 week of early's and 1 week of late's in rotation as follows:

  • Early's: 8.30am to 4.30pm
  • Late's: 10.00am to 7.00pm
  • You will also work 1 out of every 4 Saturdays, 10.00am to 3.00pm
  • Paid overtime is also available
