Customer Service Administrator
Location : Farnham
The role of the Customer Service Administrator is to support the Tax Specialists in ensuring that a high level of quality is maintained in the delivery of the core products to clients. We are looking for candidates who have got strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner. The suitable candidate will have the ability to build strong working relationships with customers and clients over the phone. You will have strong attention to detail and thrives working towards deadlines and targets. This is on a 9 month contract therefore you must be able to start immediately or a very short notice.
To build effective relationships with potential clients and existing customers, by use of appropriate questioning, clarification and language
To communicate courteously with all customers by telephone and email, progressing issues and queries to a successful conclusion at the earliest time
To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues
To ensure that all databases are kept up-to-date with progressing work and client details
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
Clear telephone manner and clear listening skills.
Excellent customer focus.
Strong IT and systems skills.

Hours of Work
Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch (Mon-Thurs) and 8.30am - 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch (Fri)
