My client are looking to recruit a bright and bouncy customer service executive who has 1-2 years office experience.

You will be joining a well trained group of customer service professionals who always work hard as a team!

The company are very well known within their industry and have set a very high standard for companies in contract with them always offering tip top customer service/after care.

You will be speaking to engineers on a daily basis as well as senior members of corporate businesses, so you will need to tailor make your approach every time!

Duties include:

  • Processing repairs orders
  • Working on a busy helpdesk
  • Scheduling and coordinating engineers
  • Taking all inbound calls
  • Dealing with a large volume of emails daily
  • Costing and quoting for jobs
  • Keeping customer details up to date at all times

If you have a SUPERB telephone manner and enjoy being busy at all times with calls and admin, this could be the perfect job for you.

It is essential for this role you demonstrate a fluent level of written and spoken English.
