Jenson Fisher are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service Administrator for a well established business in Dundee. The role is initially on a temporary ongoing basis, but may lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
The role involves dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone, and dealing with all aspects of enquiries, complaints and bookings. You will be responsible for diary management of site based staff, ensuring they are efficiently utilised. The role is full time and is based in central Dundee and has access to parking on site.
The successful candidate will have a background in customer services and will be confident on the phone. They will also be used to working in a team environment and be able to handle complaints and resolve them to the best of their ability. All aspects of Microsoft office will be used on a daily basis, and as such candidates must be confident users of all packages. Our client also uses a bespoke data entry system, so use of a similar system would also be ideal. The successful candidate will also be immediately available and able to start at very short notice.
