My client is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing business.

Serving customers all over Surrey, London and the Southern Counties, this role is very varied and would be perfect for someone that enjoys a busy work environment.

The main duties of the role are:
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with customer queries
- Referring customers to the relevant departments
- Dealing with all correspondence; email and letters
- Assisting with sales queries
- General office administration

I am looking for a candidate with good initiative and the tenacity to assist with sometimes difficult situations.
The role is heavily telephone and computer based, which means excellent communication and IT skills are essential. 

There is opportunity to progress with the position and the more enthusiasm shown to the role the more responsibilities you will be given. 

The working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. 

The pay rate is dependant on experience and ranges from £9.50- £11.00 per hour.
