Customer Service Administrator

This role is based just outside Colchester Town Centre, as a Customer Service Agent your main job role will be providing excellent customer service via incoming calls, email correspondence and a live chat, therefore strong administrative and customer service skills are essential.

Main Duties:
• Attend to calls OR emails professionally
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Enter customer information accurately
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Ensures the daily task list is completed
• Assists with training where necessary

Flexibility: to perform other duties, as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and to meet the needs of the business.

Professional Skills & Abilities
• Shows flexibility of thought and a positive attitude
• Takes responsibility for customer issues and delivers an outstanding level of customer service Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Customer service experience
• Good data entry/keyboard skills
• Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
