A Customer Service Administrator job paying £20K in an excellent, modern office

Your new company
Your new company is a fast growing business based in Alton. You'll be based in a very vibrant and modern office in a lovely team.

Your new role
You'll be a key part of the Customer Service team; providing all administrative support relating to customer queries from the Customer Service team. You'll be maintaining the customer information on the customer database as well as maintaining all documentation. You will also be in control of the Customer Service Inbox ensuring all communication is dealt with in a timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an excellent team player with the ability to communicate confidently. Your interpersonal skills will be next to none and you will be efficient with great attention to detail. You will be self motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

What you'll get in return
You'll receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (for each completed year of service extra day holiday up to maximum of 25 days). You'll be part of an excellent team and work within vibrant, modern offices.
