Fantastic job opportunity in Skipton ant one of our prestigeos clients.

MAIN TASKS

• To offer commercial support to an office based Customer Service and Sales team.

These duties will include:

• Preparation and issue of quotations for consumable and spare parts.

• Preparation and issue of pro-forma invoices

• Liaise with external freight forwarders regarding shipping of goods.

• Maintenance of files and documents relating to sales orders both whilst active and then for filing or archiving.
• Maintenance of records and data on company computer systems following company guidelines.

• Using telephone to work with customers and assist them with queries.

• Undertaking other support tasks to assist colleagues when required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work with others and meet with customer deadlines

• Good working knowledge of current Microsoft programmes, particularly Word and Excel.

• Ability to use all relevant company computer software efficiently following training.

37.5 hours per week with an early finish on a Friday - half hour lunch break

Consideration may be given to shorter weekly hours by mutual agreement.
