Our client is a Chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting excellence in management and leadership.
Our currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator (internally known as a Partner Service Executive) to support the Employer Partner Provider (EPP) Service Manager in data administration and quality management. You will ensure Customer Service standards for the department are upheld at all times and report exceptions for monitoring/review.
Your key responsibilities for this role are to generate and despatch invoices, process payments, registrations and correspondence whilst maintaining/building relationships with external partners, and respond to enquiries giving advice as appropriate as and when required.
The successful candidate will have passion for delivering excellent customer service and be a proactive team player. You will be able to work at a fast pace and have excellent attention to detail. You will be a good problem solver, decision maker and have a positive "can do" attitude. CRM experience would be desired as would an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service.
The closing date for this role is 25th March
Interviews will be held on 3rd April.
