Customer Service Administrator - Temporary Ongoing Role

Available immediately? Experienced in Data Entry and Customer Services in an office environment? Drive with your own transport?
If the answer is 'yes' to all three of the above questions then please read through the full job description below as I have a great new role available on a Temporary Ongoing basis to begin immediately.

Duties will include:

  • Entering and updating orders using the company in-house database
  • Use of MS Excel to log customer complaints should they arise and to track the outcomes/updates on each case
  • Assisting with Sales paperwork so that this is up to date; organised and archived
  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers over the phone and via email
  • Speaking with the Customer Service Team leader with any issues relating to the Customer Service Agreement
  • Updating new enquires and sales requests

Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week - 8:30am-5:30pm
£7.50 per hour
This is a temporary ongoing role
Must drive due to company location
