Role: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Birkenshaw

Salary: £8 - £9 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Start date: ASAP

Do you have experience working within a busy customer service environment? Are you a process driven individual, capable of providing excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism?

If so we have an excellent opportunity for you to join a well respected employer in the Birkenshaw area.

Duties:

  • Point of contact for all customers via telephone and email
  • Process a high volume of sales orders
  • Internal and External enquiries
  • Ensuring that all information is relevant and accurate when taking orders
  • Contact clients to find missing information
  • Liaise with logistics
  • Filing and Scanning
  • Ad hoc admin duties to support the team

Experience

  • Working in a similar environment with extensive telephone/email contact with customers
  • Good data entry skills
  • Experience using Microsoft excel and word
  • Excellent telephone manner
