Role: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £8 - £9 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Start date: ASAP
Do you have experience working within a busy customer service environment? Are you a process driven individual, capable of providing excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism?
If so we have an excellent opportunity for you to join a well respected employer in the Birkenshaw area.
- Point of contact for all customers via telephone and email
- Process a high volume of sales orders
- Internal and External enquiries
- Ensuring that all information is relevant and accurate when taking orders
- Contact clients to find missing information
- Liaise with logistics
- Filing and Scanning
- Ad hoc admin duties to support the team
- Working in a similar environment with extensive telephone/email contact with customers
- Good data entry skills
- Experience using Microsoft excel and word
- Excellent telephone manner
