We have a brand new vacancy working for a National company based in their South East area office in Folkestone, Kent. You will be joining and fun and friendly team, they are a sociable bunch and often enjoy a naughty lunch and regularly have cakes in the office!
Your role is varied and can be busy at times, however you are not alone and you will be working alongside 4 other Customer Service Administrators who can help you with any questions. Your Manager has worked for the company for a number of years, is knowledgeable, down to earth and works hard but likes to have a laugh too.
- Answering calls from customers and business partners
- Logging requests on the in-house system (training provided)
- Speaking with Engineers to allocate work
- Logging and closing of jobs
- Calculating the costs of jobs based on set pricing
- Filing, photocopying and general administration
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with an hour for lunch. The bright purpose built offices are based in Folkestone, free parking is on offer however you are also within walking distance of Folkestone West train station.

You will be working as a temp for 16 weeks before becoming permanent.
