Customer Service Administrator temp role

This position is a customer service representative that will be responsible for providing support to customers through the timely processing of invoices.

  • Processing of invoices
  • Follow-up with customers and retailers as necessary both by telephone and email
  • Accurate calculation and checking of each invoice
  • Assist when necessary with accurate and prompt data entry
  • Processing of customer payments
  • New Customer Set up

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Ability to focus on customer satisfaction
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy essential
  • Intermediate PC skills to include MS Word and Excel
  • Good analytical skills are required
  • Good team player and ability to use own initiative
