Your main duties will include:

  • - Providing a high level of customer service
  • - Taking incoming calls
  • - Processing information
  • - Checking and validating data
  • - Resolving any queries and complaints
  • - Administration duties

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Administration Experience

Full time hours -Monday - Friday

Salary: £16,000 per annum
