As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll use your excellent rapport building skills and telephone manner to assist customers with their enquiries, a typical day will include:

Answering inbound calls from customers, acting as first point of contact for their query.

Taking ownership, assessing customer cases and using your attention to detail and judgement skills to come to a satisfactory outcome for both the customer and client.

You’ll support your customers throughout their journey, being on hand to provide advice and guidance, alongside picking up the phone to gain more information.

There is no cold calling involved in this Customer Service role!

We are looking for customer centric individuals, with excellent rapport building skills and a top notch telephone manner!

Alongside your Customer Service skills, we’re also looking for a keen eye for detail and solid analytical skills, you’ll need to be able to process information accurately and complete some mathematical calculations.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly excel, is required.

In return for your skills our client offers:

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday: Condensed shift over 4 days, working 8.75 hours between 07:00 - 18.15 with a day off in the week on a rota basis.

Location:HSBC House, Mitchell Way, Southampton International Airport, Southampton, SO182XU. (Two minute walk from Southampton Airport Parkway)

Start date: December/ Januaryto ongoing.

Initial three month contract with room for possible extension.

Train: Southampton Airport Parkway is just a two minute walk away from the office. National Rail services including: CrossCountry, South Western Railway and Southern all pass through this station. Southampton Airport Station connects you to Southampton Central, Bournemouth, Winchester and surrounding areas.

Car: Junction 5 at M27 is a close link to the office.

Bus: The U1C service runs close to the office and stops off just a few minutes’ walk away.
